# I have concerns about the Intellectual Property Ownership. Who will own the final product?
Most often our customers decide to hold the copyrights and own the final product. These terms are clearly discussed and specified in the contract.
# Will I be able to monitor and control the development process?
Absolutely. Except for the physical presence [therefore the term outsourcing] all the other aspects of the development process will be closely kept in synch with your designated resources. We can submit development reports, current source code and application snapshots on a regular basis. ftp/web based access will be provided to all development files in order for you to check and control the development process at your convenience. Having set all this access while still in the requirements gathering or design phase will allow you to make early corrections to the design, shorten the number of iterations of design-development for medium to large/complex projects and therefore save your funds as a result. Your suggestions regarding the development monitoring process [in case you have different/specific preferences] are also welcome.
